Shipping FAQs


We want you to get your order. Check below for answers to your shipping and delivery questions. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All of our shirts are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering. While most orders ship out on average within 3-7 business days, please allow up to 10 business days for processing, plus 3-5 days for standard shipping. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking info. During holidays or big sales, orders may take slightly longer. Please know your order is important to us and we appreciate your patience! We will always reach out to you if we anticipate additional delays.

Do you offer package tracking? 
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility. 

What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, or occasionally, via UPS.

Do you ship internationally?

We're currently expanding our reach and hope to offer international shipping soon! In the meantime, we can accommodate orders to Canada and the United Kingdom. If you're interested in shipping to one of these destinations, please reach out to us via email at info@stoopandstank.com and we'll be happy to check if we can make it happen.

Please note that for international orders outside of the US, additional shipping costs and customs fees may apply. We'll provide you with a quote beforehand so you can make an informed decision.

Do you ship to military bases overseas?
Yes!
Overseas US military bases are considered a domestic shipment. We're proud to offer our regular shipping rates to all US military addresses with APO, FPO, or MPO Zip Codes. Simply select your desired destination at checkout. Please be sure to include all necessary shipping information when placing your order. Why did some of my items ship separately?
In order for us to ship your order as soon as possible, one or more of your items might ship separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers and email notifications for each shipment. Items that are shipped separately will not be charged for additional shipping—we absorb that cost, not you! If any items are on back order or unusually delayed, we will notify you.

My tracking hasn't been updated. Where is my order?
Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to be updated after the order is shipped. Though rare, there may be several days between tracking scans and your order may reflect a longer than usual “pre-shipment” status. Please understand that once packages have been accepted by the carrier, delivery is, unfortunately, out of our control. But rest assured that your package has been shipped out and is at one of the facilities and will be processed and delivered. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to cancel or issue a refund for lost packages, stolen packages or packages still in transit. We encourage you to file an inquiry for missing mail via USPS to help you locate your package.

My package was delivered today but I can’t find it. What should I do?
If your address is correct and your tracking shows delivery but you haven't found your package, please check all potential delivery locations at your address. The carrier may have placed it in a secure location, such as under a mat, near a back entrance, or in a separate parcel locker if you have one. Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail. Also, ask others in your house if they may have accepted it.

Some packages may show 'delivered' but arrive within 24 hours. If it has been over 24 hours and you've checked everything, contact your local post office or visit https://faq.usps.com/s/article/Where-is-my-package for further assistance.

My tracking shows delivered, but package is still missing. Can I get a reshipment?

We understand how frustrating it can be when a package shows delivered but doesn't arrive. Please note that once a package is scanned as delivered by the carrier, responsibility shifts to them. Therefore, we're unable to reship missing or stolen packages.

Here's what you can do:

  • File a missing mail inquiry with USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm to help locate your package.
  • File a claim for a stolen package at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm if you believe it was taken. We're happy to assist with the claim process if needed. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to resolve.
