How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All of our shirts are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering. Please allow 8-10 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for processing, plus 3-5 days for standard shipping. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking info. Total processing and shipping time can equal up to 2 to 3 weeks after your purchase date.  During holidays or times of high demand, orders may take slightly longer. Please know your order is important to us and we appreciate your patience! We will always reach out to you if we anticipate additional delays.

What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail or UPS.

Do you offer package tracking?

Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility. 

Why did some of my items ship separately?
In order for us to ship your order as soon as possible, one or more of your items might ship separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers and email notifications for each shipment. Items that are shipped separately will not be charged for additional shipping—we absorb that cost, not you! If any items are on back order or unusually delayed, we will notify you.

I received a shipping confirmation but have not received my package.

All US carrier networks, especially are experiencing unprecedented delays. Because of this heavy congestion and delays within carrier networks, there maybe several days between tracking scans and your order may reflect a longer than usual “pre-shipment” status. Please understand that once packages have been accepted by the carrier, delivery is, unfortunately, out of our control. We know these delays are frustrating, but rest assured that your package has been shipped out and is at a USPS or UPS facility and they will process and deliver it as soon as they can. Please note that once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to cancel or issue a refund for lost packages, stolen packages or packages still in transit. We encourage you to file an inquiry for missing mail vis USPS to help you locate your package.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, no, not at this time, but we hope to resume international soon!

My tracking shows delivered, but I haven't received my package, can I get my order reshipped?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for reshipping orders that have been marked delivered. Please be sure to provide an accurate address when placing your order. If your address was correct and the tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:

  1. Please check all potential delivery locations at your address. Carrier may have placed it in a secure location out of view of the street, such as under a mat or near a back entrance. 
  2. Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.
  3. Check with others in your house that may have accepted it.
  4. In rare cases, package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24 hours.
  5. If it has been over 24 hours from the 'delivered' status, please contact your local post office or visit https://faq.usps.com/s/article/Where-is-my-package for more information. 
My tracking hasn't been updated. Where is my order?

All US carrier networks are handling higher than normal volumes of packages and congestion within networks. Unfortunately, this has resulted in delays in packages being scanned into their system. There maybe several days between tracking scans and your order may reflect a longer than usual “pre-shipment” status. While this typically results in a delay of 2-3 days, we've also seen it take longer to see any movement. Please understand that once packages have been accepted by the carrier, delivery is, unfortunately, out of our control. But rest assured that your package has been shipped out and is at one of the facilities and will be processed and delivered. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to cancel or issue a refund for lost packages, stolen packages or packages still in transit. We encourage you to file an inquiry for missing mail via USPS to help you locate your package.
