How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 8-10 business days. Most orders are received within 10 business days of ordering.  During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10-15 business days to ship.

What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

Do you offer package tracking?

Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, no, not at this time, but we hope to resume international soon!

My tracking shows delivered, but I haven't received my package, can I get my order reshipped?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for reshipping orders that have been marked delivered. Please be sure to provide an accurate address when placing your order.

My tracking hasn't been updated. Where is my order?

If your order has not been marked delivered, please:

  1. Allow 3-5 business days for your package to turn up; and/or
  2. Reach out to your postal worker directly.
