Delays in Processing and Shipping Orders due to COVID-19 


We continue to be impacted by COVID-19-related delays from our supply chain and shipping partners. All major carriers are experiencing significant shipping delays and have reported major package increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. This has resulted in longer processing times; delays in picking up, scanning and delivering packages; as well as an increase in errors, and tracking inaccuracies. We appreciate your patience and remain committed to shipping out orders on time, but despite our efforts, your package may still be delayed. Our current processing time is 8-10 business days, not including weekends and holidays. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. For multiple item orders, we may ship partial orders if they are ready and absorb the additional shipping cost. We have also temporarily removed some shirts from our site due to industry-wide inventory shortages as well as our efforts to allocate production resources to the tees that are most frequently ordered.
