Shipping Policy

All of our shirts are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering. Please review the information below so you know what to expect when placing your order.

Processing Time Most orders ship out on average within 3–7 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. During holidays or big sales, orders may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always reach out if we anticipate additional delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping rates for orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: starting at $5.95–$7.95 depending on order size
  • Free Shipping: available on orders over $120

Once your order is processed, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for standard delivery.

Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, or occasionally via UPS.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking info can take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

Split Shipments To get your order to you as quickly as possible, one or more items may ship separately. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment — no additional shipping charges will apply.

Military Addresses (APO/FPO/MPO) We proudly ship to overseas US military bases at our regular domestic rates. Simply select your destination at checkout.

International Shipping We primarily ship within the United States. We can accommodate orders to Canada and the United Kingdom on a case-by-case basis — email us at info@stoopandstank.com to inquire. Additional shipping costs and customs fees may apply.

Missing or Undelivered Packages If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check all delivery locations and ask others in your household. If it's been over 24 hours, contact your local post office or file a missing mail inquiry with USPS. Once a package is scanned as delivered, responsibility shifts to the carrier.
