Whether you're new or you've been here a while you've probably figured out that black women and girls are my favorite genre. The intersection of my blackness and my womanhood is infused into everything that I do and produce, especially creatively, whether for my business, my home, or for my friends and family. And with everything going on in the world these days, I'm sure you can understand why I am especially holding space for us right now. So our latest shirts—like our Dear Black Women and Double Standards—as well as some that are coming down the pike, are reflective of my thoughts, feelings, love, honor, and compassion for Black women and girls. I believe sustaining our collective magic means creating intentional spaces where we can simply be ourselves, grow, and thrive. I know that looks different for everyone, but for me it looks like my love letter to Black women and girls through Stoop & Stank merch.
